LEADERSHIP
Rene Biller
Managing Director
Rene manages Circuit Partners’ client engagements across IT Services and Software.
Prior to Circuit, Rene was a private equity investor with Ambina Partners and Celerity Partners, responsible for originating and executing investments in the broader technology space. Before becoming an investment professional, Rene worked for multiple venture-backed technology companies, involved in product and business development. Furthermore, he grew up in a family business that was manufacturing electrical components for industrial applications.
Rene received an M.Sc. in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and an MBA from Tulane University.
Outside of work, Rene is an avid road and mountain biker.
Ciro Riccardi
Director
Ciro manages Circuit Partners’ client engagements across Software and IT Services.
Prior to Circuit, Ciro was a private equity investor at Arrowroot Capital Management, responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and monitoring investments in the Enterprise Software sector. Previously, Ciro was a software-focused investment banker at AGC Partners. Starting his entrepreneurial experience while in college running a small business, he enjoys working closely with organizations.

Previously, Ciro was a software-focused investment banker at AGC Partners. Ciro received a B.A. from Dartmouth College, where he was Ivy League Rookie of the Year and Co-Captain of the Ivy League Championship-winning tennis team.
Outside of work, Ciro is still a competitive tennis player and avid hiker.

Chris Yeh
General Partner, Blitzscaling Ventures
Chris Yeh is an advisor to Circuit Partners and a founding General Partner of Blitzscaling Ventures.
Chris has spent the past few decades at the forefront of innovative technologies. Since 1995 he has founded, advised, or invested in over 100 high-tech startups, including 9-figure companies like Upstream (investor, advisor, CEO) and UserTesting.com (advisor). He is the co-author of Blitzscaling: The Lighting-fast Path to Buliding Massively Valuable companies, and is also the co-author of the New York Times bestseller, The Alliance: Managing Talent in the Networked Age.
Chris earned two degrees from Stanford University, with distinction in both, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar.
Jerimiah Owyang
General Partner, Blitzscaling Ventures
Jerimiah Owyang is an advisor to Circuit Partners and a General Partner at Blitzscaling Ventures, spearheading AI investment in early-stage companies.
In addition to being an LP in Blitzscaling Fund I, he has been an active angel investor since 2017. His longstanding friendship with Chris Yeh spans over two decades, during which he served on the board of Upstream, leading to a $130 million sale to IBM. Jerimiah manages the San Francisco Bay Area deal flow for the firm and organizes popular Llama Lounge event series, focusing on AI startups.
Jerimiah is also a renowned global speaker at conferences. He boasts a substantial social media following across numerous platforms including X, LinkedIn, Slack, as well as through his newsletters.
Grace Riccardi
Managing Partner, SAP
Grace Riccardi is an advisor to Circuit Partners and Managing Partner at SAP.
At SAP, Grace focuses on high-growth financial services and professional services, leading solution strategy and presales execution for one of the most challenging customer segments. Previously, Grace was Chief of Staff & Customer Officer to the Head of Customer Advisory at SAP, where she was exposed to leading large-scale digital transformation projects. Before arriving at SAP, she worked in the programmatic AdTech start-up space, rolling up her sleeves in various positions serving as the conduit between the customer and the product.
Grace received a B.A. from Princeton University.
